7. Quality & Claim
Party A must guarantee the quality of the Products sold to Party C and claim. Party C must cooperate with Party A & B and inform claim and report details about claim.
8. Market Report
In order to keep Party A & B well informed of the prevailing market conditions, Party C should undertake to supply Party A & B, at any time when necessary, with market reports concerning changes of the local regulations in connection with the import and sales of the distributed products covered by this agreement, local market tendency and the customer's comments on quality, packing, price, etc. of the goods supplied by Party A & B under this agreement. Party C shall also supply party A & B with quotations and advertising materials on similar products of other suppliers.
