6. Exclusive Right
In consideration of the exclusive rights granted herein, Party A & B shall not directly sell or export the Products stipulated in Article 3 to end-users or indenters in Korea through channels other than Party C. Party A & B shall provide any inquiries of the products from Korean companies which is received directly by Party A & B to Party C and shall introduce Party C to Korean companies.
Party C shall not sell, distribute or promote the sales of Products stipulated in Article 3 in Korea from any Chinese companies except Party A & B. Party A & B shall refer to Party C any enquiries or orders for the Distributed products in question received by Party A or B from other firms in Korea during the validity of this agreement.

6 。专属权利
在审议的专有权授予的，党的A和B ，不得直接销售或出口的产品在第3条规定，以最终用户或indenters通过渠道在韩国以外的其他党党角A和B应提供任何疑问的韩国企业的产品是直接收到党A和B向丙方，并应引入丙方为韩国企业。
丙方不得销售，分发或促进产品销售的规定，在韩国第3条任何企业，除非甲方＆湾党A和B应参照丙方任何查询或命令的分布式产品所收到的问题党的A或B从其他公司在韩国期间，这一协议的有效性。
6. 专有权
考虑到此中被授予的专有权，集会A & B不会直接地卖或对终端用户或受托代购商出口在文章规定的产品3上在韩国通过渠道除党C.之外集会A & 直接地由Party A &接受的B将提供产品的所有询问从韩国公司的; 集会C的B，并且将介绍党C给韩国公司。 在从所有中国公司的韩国集会C不会卖，不会分布也不会促进在文章规定的产品销售3上除了党A & B.集会A & B在韩国将提到党C Party接受的分布的产品正在考虑中的所有询问或指令A或B从其他企业在这个协议期间有效性。
