open不需要加ed

我觉得is 和opened的-ed都不用去掉
be加动词的过去分词表被动语态
is opened表示窗子是开着的
如果去掉意思就不对了

原句的意思是你看不到窗是打开着的吗?
为表示反问可以用
Can you see the window is opened , Can you?
