急急急 请外贸高手指点

大家好！我刚开始做外贸，最近接到一个国外客户的询盘，接着价格什么的都讲好了，他让我寄了形式发票过去，看过之后也说没问题，后来说等他签好名传真回传过来，再下订单，可是现在过了好几天了，也没见他说要传真过来 下订单，我该怎么发e-mail给他呢，这是我的第一个单子 非常重要，希望前辈指点，谢谢

我大概说一下：
It is so pity that i still have not received your fax about the order.
I was wondering if there is anything wrong with our fax or anything else. Please kindly confirm with me about the order by return.
I am afraid that the missing of the fax may cause the delay of production.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Dear Sir/Madan,
Thank you for your inquiry about ***(产品名称)。I sent you official proforma invoice on ***(时间)。Would you please sign it and fax it back to me? Then we can prepare your goods earlier.

首先发邮件询问对方形式发票是否收到并且符合要求。
如果对方一直没有回应你的邮件，
那么就意味着计划订单有变动，
这时候最好就是打电话过去当面询问对方，
从对方的言语中就基本可以判断出这个单子能否到手。

先发一个邮件给客人，问一下情况。有时候国外会有假期的，看是否客人没有回复，是因为在放假。

不排除客人只是询价的可能，货比三家嘛。
