hand around与hand round、hand out

hand around主要指的是传递，
传递是传的过程。分发是发的过程。两者是有区别的。
例如：Will you hand the papers around?

hand round有分发的意思。不过也有传阅的内在含义。
例如：She helped to hand round the dishes.
她帮忙把菜传给大家。

hand out是 把...拿出来, 分发, 施舍的意思。
例如：To hand out leaflets.
