UC知道谁能解决我的电脑故障？

我的电脑最近老是出这样的现象，使用途中突然屏幕变蓝色，出现一组英语文章如下，我虽然重启过，杀过毒，甚至还原过系统，也无济于事。谁能帮我解决，谢谢！附英语文章如下：

这是蓝屏，系统出了问题，建议重启电脑按F8进安全模式杀毒，再关机取下内存，用橡皮擦将内存金手指擦干净，装好后再开机，如果还是蓝屏那就要维修了
是内存不好，属于内存不稳定，换内存就好了。我的电脑也是这样毛病，换内存好了。
