1.A high-speed car will bring along the air that is close to it. According to the Bernoulli effect,the faster the air flows, the lower pressure it has. Therefore, the air pressure on the outer sides of the two cars is higher than that on their closer sides, generating a force that "drawn" them to each other.

2.On a windy day, the air above the chimney flows fast, resulting in a relatively low pressure on the openning of the chimney. Therefore, air is force through the chimney from down the fireplace, bringing more oxygen to the fire. That's why the fire burns more brisky.
