其中好像有错误， 请高手指点。 这里分别用得是什么问句呢？ interest分别做什么词性？

我的理解:
1. Do you interested in science ? 有误
可以说Do you have an interest in science ?

have an interest in 对...有兴趣[关心], 此处interest做名词用.

2. Are you interested in science ? 正确, 此处interested做形容词用.

第一句肯定是错的
可以改成：Do you have interests in science?

be interested in sth
have interests in sth

所以Are you interested in science ? 成立

interested 是形容词，be+形容词才是正确的
所以，前一句话不对
Are you interested in science ? 才是正确的
当然interest既可以做名词也可以做及物动词，例如：
1使发生兴趣;引起...的关心
Chemistry interests him. 他对化学感兴趣。
2使参与,使发生关系
He interested me in politics. 他使我对政治发生兴趣。

be interested in 有 对某物感兴趣的意思
