there's not与there isn't

哪个是对的?简单分析一下用法,谢谢!
看了下大家的回答,多数的意思是两个都可以;
如果是在句子的结尾时,也是两个都可以吗,如:
Is there any cup in the cupboard?
No, there is not./there's not./there isn't.

这两个是完全一样的！且都正确！我是英语专业的，不会乱说的！
there's not=there is not=there isn't 这两个不过都是 there is not的简写形式罢了… 解释为这里没有，举例There's not/There is not/There isn't any water in the glass.杯子中没有水。衷心地祝你进步！！

there isn't是对的
there isn't 是there is 的否定形式

there be 句型的结构有两种：
第一种：
肯定形式：there is a...
否定形式：there isn't a...
一般疑问句：Is there a ....?回答：Yes, there is ./No,there isn't.

第二种：

肯定形式：there are...
否定形式：there aren't...
一般疑问句：Are there ....?Yes, there are ./No,there aren't.
