这里为什么要用原形，而不是用第3人称单数？？

（意思是说赞助商是的产品关键要和所赞助的比赛吻合）

event是单数，为什么不用matches??
这是什么句型？为什么有个SHOULD而且省略了？不大明白

这里省略了should
补上的话就是：
It is important that the event to be sponsored SHOULD match the product(s) to be promoted.

我觉得应该用matches

呵呵，我也觉得应该用单三形式matches，看了半天，一看一楼的回答，会心地笑了:-)

或许event在这里是集合名词，表示复数的意思，又不需要什么特定时态，只是陈述一般的看法，所以用一般现在时，所以是动词原形。个人看法，仅供参考：）
