a computer problem!!

I found my computer has no"yu yan lan"!! now I can`t use chinese!!What I can do is just spelling English words!!Please help me!!
sorry,but your methods can`t solve ny problem..
i mean in the "ren wu lan" I can`t find the button to change "zhi neng ABC" or others..

那你直接在网上下载一种输入法呀，我用“搜狗拼音输入法”，感觉比智能ABC好用，你下载了直接安装好就可以用了。

右击任务栏-工具栏-语言栏

用Ctrl+空格键 切换语言，语言栏是在控制面板的区域选项里面
