ExtJS+PHP+Linux+Oracle 这样做出来的系统需要给Ext官方付款吗？

EXT目前并不是免费使用的，只要不是将EXT应用于商业用途盈利，则可以免费使用，按照你这样的，是要付费的！

应该不需要的.EXTJS是开源的吧!

另外根据GPL，你的系统中如果存在GPL的代码，则你的系统也必须公开源码。
不过在GPL方面，extjs保留部分权利，它也有商用协议，你可以参考extjs.com的相关页面。
