菜单（用英语写1个菜单）

我的英语很差，希望大家教教我！
（注：一个菜就OK了）

1.1 tomato 2 eggs
2.First,cut the tomato into small pieces and stir the egg with the eggbeater,then put all the stuffs in the cook,scramble till the egg is done,put a little salt and suger as you scrambling.
3.tomatos are rich in vitamin C and eggs are full of protein.(and the dish tastes good!)
