我叫XXX,是XX学院的XX系2003届的学生，2006念完成了学业，但是其中有许多科目没有完成学分。当时由于家里人的要求和费用不足等原因，离开了某地，没有继续修完学分，现在十分后悔。现在问题解决了，很想回去修完学分，希望校方同意。之前和系里的张老师通过电话，她也表示赞同和认可。现在诚意的希望校方能给一次机会，让我回去把没修完的科目修完。此致敬礼。

PS:我不了解国内的情况，没完成学分就能完成“学业”，所以我翻的是毕业。如果只是泛指“学业”，老外一般用coursework 或者 schoolwork,但是一般完成了coursework就是指学分拿完了，所以你所说的“学业”，具体情况你自己定。
