都是定语从句
第一句中which充当的是spent的宾语，是关系代词做宾语的用法，可看作we spent the days together
第二句中when充当状语（=in which）做关系副词，可看做we were together in the days.

下一句是时间状语从句，when指代the days，我们在一起的日子
