我的Latitude D630购买了complete cover由于该款笔记本采用nvidia GeForce 8M系列笔记本显卡（135M），在使用了一段时间后多次出现黑屏闪烁和死机现象，给我的工作带来了很大不便。而且戴尔公司在已经承认该款笔记本的显卡有质量缺陷的情况下没有拿出能够根本解决问题的方案，只是给出现问题的机器更换同一型号的主板，也就是说显卡还是NVIDIA的GeForce 8M系列笔记本显卡仍旧在核心，封装材料组合存在瑕疵，也就是并没有解决这个问题，我认为戴尔公司的做法对用户太不负责任了，对于有问题的产品就应该召回，而且在我购买的complete cover条款中也明确写明对出现缺陷问题的产品可以给予更换或维修，但是现在如果维修更换同型号的主板并不能解决问题所以我要求更换新机。

But dell laptop in has admitted the quality defects of graphics has failed to root out solutions of problems, just give the same problem of model machine replacement card or motherboard, i.e. NVIDIA graphics 8M GeForce series in the core notebook, packaging material still exists faults, also is the combination and not to solve this problem, I think the way for users to dell's irresponsible, to have the question should be recalled products and complete the purchase in my care in terms of defects are clearly indicate the questions can give change or repair the product, but if the maintenance and replacement of the models motherboard and cannot solve the problem so I require replacement xinji.
