关于几个英语语法点的问题？

1.I don't want them footing a bill that is through the roof.请问该句当中的want them后面的foot为什么是它的动名词形式呢？不是want sb to do吗？
2.You really are a sucker for punishment和It really is part and parcel of the job.请问这两个句子当中的really为什么是在be动词的前面呢?

1.want sb. doing 多用于否定，希望某人做某事。跟want sb. to do没有本质的区别。
2、I really don't know.
这就是really的位置。语法是死的，语言是灵活的。不信你这样说试试，看变成什么味了：
I don't really know.哈！（我不是真正知道？？）
