首先，本文概述了校本教研的基本理论；其次，通过访谈深入到江西师范大学附属幼儿园园本教研制度建设的实践探索过程中，对已掌握的资料分别从园本教研制度建设的理念系统、规则系统、组织系统、设备系统进行分析，每个系统独立成章，每一章探讨其系统建设的现状、存在的问题及提出行动建议。
