"owed to"is accounts receivable or accounts payable?
what difference between business transaction and the event of business?

应该是payable吧～
后面一个查查书后应该会有definition之类的吧

owed to
你这个很不专业
也可能是过去时
这时owe是主动语态
也可能是被动语态你把be省略掉了
看主谓语是谁呗
比方说
i owe some money to you
这是我欠你的钱
过去时呢
就成了i owed some money to you
还是我欠你钱
但要是被动语态
your money is owed to me
就是你的钱该还给我
一般没有这么用的

就是这个样子
transaction特指交易
而非交易事项
比如ipo， share split
增加注册资本
当然都是商业事项
但不是交易

owed to 视主语及语态不同有 receivable 及 payable两种意思。
business transaction 交易
event of business 商业事项
