put on he by her parents 是pressure的第一个定语

语法和楼上的解释一样，意思是：
她的父母给她的压力和她觉得在学校要做的更好的压力使得她一直坐着（或sit up也有熬夜的意思），这长期的压力导致了她精神崩溃
