答案好像是passes, 但是我不明白男人带这2只狗这还是第三人称单数吗??
要是换了带这2个人那会怎么样啊??

讲的是男人,带两只狗只是用来形容这个男人的. 所以还是passes

这是主谓一致的问题。英语里有规矩，凡是带有with, as well as等的复合主语，视为单数。

所以，要用paases. 其他例子：
