So about many of the questions, we should know the difference in your price level to decide on the most feasible answer. For example, if we use the line to produce condenser we can have one row, for evaporator 2 rows and for heater core which is the smallest one we can have 3 rows of cores on belt. We do not even know if it will be feasible to have one production line for the 3 of them or we should have 3 separate production lines!
Or about your question “Should Cooling section after degreasing be included?” we do not know if it is necessary or not and what would be the advantages and what would be the cost of such section.
