C语言高手请进～～～有问题请教！

我想请问一下，C语言里，有没有什么代码，能通过VC编译成一个程序，这个程序的功能是，只要一运行这个程序，电脑就在短时间内自动关机！可不可以啊？？？如果可以的话，把代码写给我，另行加分！

windows95/98/me中直接调用就可以了
