摘要：目的 探讨鼻内镜下利用ZGC-DX二氧化碳激光，治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果，并与其他治疗方法进行比较和分析。方法 在鼻内镜直视引导下，利用激光对生物组织的热效应,对61例过敏性鼻炎患者进行鼻腔筛前神经分布区[1]（鼻腔外侧壁前上部、中鼻甲、下鼻甲前部、鼻中隔前部）粘膜组织斑点状凝固、汽化治疗，结果 成功率达90.16%，随访6个月一3年，效果良好。结论 本方法兼具了鼻内镜和二氧化碳激光二者的优点，使治疗部位定位准确，治疗点间隔均匀，术后无不良反应和并发症发生，疗效满意。
