likely 是一个形容词/副词

adv. 很可能

这里的as likely as 就和普通的as + adj./ adv. + as或as + adj./ adv. + than一样，表示同级的比较

注意这句话中第一个likely是和后面的than连用，
第二个likely后面实际省略了than a woman：
