Cayman的代理律师发来的，就是通知我们09年的Annual Return and Declaration已经做完归档了，但是Annual Return and Declaration是啥东西啊？类似国内年检或税收优惠之类的？

Annual Return and Declaration是年度申报。
年度申报步骤：
一、纳税人填报年度申报主表及其系列附表；
二、系统审核各张报表的表内关系；
三、系统审核各张报表的表间关系；
四、审核通过的，生成申报表，提交完成年度企业所得税申报。
