第二成本太大，如果老的是足够用了，为什么要建新的，新的支出会导致动物园的支出增大，从而让对动物的一些支出减少，比如食物或者其他支出

第三从根本性来说，其实动物是根本不希望人来参观他们的。它们其实就想安静呆着，人类的参观是对它们的一种打扰。如果你们觉得建好新的后，更多的人来参观的话。怎么会对动物们好呢实际上是很大的坏处的。
