(1)为什么 Fire is gone now,不用完成时(fire has gone now)在英文中是不是都可以用这种 be+done(done=adj)的形式而不用完成时

Fire is gone now为被动语态，意思为火被撵走了，短文中的意思为生命之火被移走，没有了精神支柱。如果要变成完成时的话，则为fire has been gone now。
(2) 完成时一定要强调一种状态吗?好像 i have answered the quesion中的answered 也只是一个表示短暂的动作而非一个状态,为什么这句话也成立呢?
完成时不一定要表示状态，它是表示动作对现在有影响。以你的那句话为例，那道题目我已经回答过了（所以老师不会再叫我回答了），have/has后面可以接短暂性动词和持续性动词。例如：I have moved to the USA since 2007.（我自07年就已经移居美国了，表瞬间动作）。 I have been in the USA for two years.(我移居美国已经两年了，表状态)
(3) 表示"我吃过了"是i have had lunch为什么不能像 i have answered the quesion一样用一个短暂的动词变成i have eaten lunch呢?而且 可不可以用 be+done(done=adj)的形式 变成i have been eaten呢
have lunch 是固定搭配。用eat 的话， I have eaten。而i have been eaten 侧是我被吃掉了。
