答案是A，我选D，为什么？

因为题目有一个词组must be 而这个词意思是
“一定是” 所以下文要用can't be 表示Miss Simth 可能不在办公室里

而C，D则没有这个意思
B又太过于肯定了，在一些情况中可以用 例如：
He is ill.He must be at home

所以只能选A

can't 表示不可能，是考试中常考的考点。D的话是will 的否定形式，为什么用？（不，她不可能在那里。我刚刚在那）
