But we feel it regrettable that the patterns required by you are out of stock for the time being.
We can not accept any fresh orders for the above-mentioned goods at least for another month as we are fully committed. However, we shall not fail to contact you as soon as our new supplies come in. Is it agreeable that we ask for forty days’ delay in shipment ?

大概意思是说他们公司收到了你的邮件订单 知道了你的目的 但是令人遗憾的是你需要的样式已经缺货了 他们已经不能接受以上提到的货品的任何新订单（当然您也不例外 现在缺货咯) 他们想说您是否同意40天的延期交货
然后他们也给了你一个项目名单 希望知道你还有没有任何感兴趣的项目 他们期待你不要有任何犹豫的让他们知道你详细的要求 他们随时竭诚服务咯

也就是说你要的东西现在是没有了 不过你可以尽管把你的要求告诉他们
