that 与 which一般来说可以互用，然后前面有个逗号的时候只能用which，指代前面所有的句子，where= 介词+which，就如上题的at which they stayed = where they stayed，which多用于指代物，who指代人，介宾短语中，语法上应该用whom宾格，但是现在呢不是很强调了who whom都可以用来做宾语，然后指代主语的话还是要用who

that是“那么”的意思有时可代替名词，这时他就变成“那个”的意思了
which是“哪一个”的意思和who不同，who是“谁”的意思。which后大都跟名词，who大都跟be等
where是“什么地方”如where is the Dragon’s hotel
补冲一点，第二题不能选B因为THAT不能当介词宾语。另外注意stay是不及物动词，所以a不行。
