UC知道acer笔记本突然死机 后蓝屏显示

我的电脑在运行的过程中，突然死机，什么也动不了，然后出现蓝屏（下图），显示一大段英文，然后要强行关机，重启后，恢复正常。这种情况已经出现了好多次，也不知是什么原因，有时是电脑用一段时间出现这个问题，有时是电脑 刚开机一会就出现，向高手们请教！感激的*·*
这个情况好像更多的是在联网的情况下，没有联网的情况要少些，或是几乎没有。蓝屏后显示的内容如下：

你把你的内存擦下再装上去看行不，要不就是显卡有问题了，你可以到维修公司去检测下的，方便的可以到本公司来免费帮你检测下。
你竟然还记出来了...
大意就是windows出了一个问题，为了不损坏电脑，所以蓝屏了。
1.检查笔记本散热，是否硬件温度过高，70度以上不正常。
2.系统问题，重装系统试试。
从新安装操作系统 ，还解决不了的情况下 直接送修 建议不要自己处理！
你把内存条搽一下再装上去！
