但是前者是问商店通常的关门时间，表示常态。
后者一般是问当天，或者当时商店关门情况，所以用进行时。

比如：
做市场调查，问到某商店关门时间，用一般时；
两人在逛街，不确定某商店什么时候关门，则用进行时态。
