as is know to everyone, recreation is necessary for ussual people. Without recreation,we can't keep health and make our life full of happiness. To our senior high school student，we can join all kinds of recreational activities.Lots of us like enjoying muisc ,watching TV.
However , I stay indoor for such a long time, which make my eyes hurt a lot,I prefer some muscle movement activities
