看不懂，但我要告诉你的是：现在用没有什么问题就别升级，升级不会对你现在使用有什么好处。搞不好你还得花几百元去修你的电脑。升级这个不如去买个内存，
对不起帮不了你
对，我也不建议刷BIOS，很容易不兼容，只要正常用着就这样吧，有时候升级会找麻烦的。
