cooledit不能录音

vista系统，cooledit2.1，装载完成。但是按过“R”按钮以后再开始录音，却录不进去任何声音。启动“选项——录制调音台”，显示如下警告：“can not find the mixer program sndvol32/r”和“(tech note:an alternate mixer applet may be specified in the registry)”

请问这是怎么回事？如何解决这个问题？
另外，当我使用系统自带录音机的时候，系统给出如下提示：“windows sound recorder未正确安装，请运行REGSVR32 WavDest.Dll”
