I would like to apply for the role of nurse at your hospital as you advertised. I am a third year student majoring in Foreign Nursing Speciality at *** College. I have always dreamed to be a nurse, and I also love English very much. This is probably why I chose this degree course, and also why I am so interested in this job. I am going to graduate in June, and will be ready for work immediately.

I have enjoyed a rich college life. I have participated in many extracurricular activities. I was awarded the Second Prize at Yunnan Provincial Final of Third National Practical English Speaking Contest for Professional College Students in 2006. In 2005, I was awarded Excellent League Executive, and passed CET-4 at the first attempt as a result of my hard work. Last year, I won a scholarship as well. Apart from this, I have also got many awards in team performances.

I worked at your hospital as a trainee nurse last October. During this year
