Dear teacher
I'm Tom ,I caught a cold when I was swimming in the natatorium yesterday.I had a headache in the morning , mother took a tempreture for me and found that I had a high fever.Then mother toook me to the hospital.the docter said that I'd better stay in bed for two days .So I wrote the note to teacher for a two-day's leave.

i am Tom, i had a cold by going to the swimming pool yesterday. today in the morning, i had a headache. then my mom discovered that i had fever. then i went to see the docotr, he told me that i had to stay in bed for two days. so i will be absent in nest two days. i am sorry for that.
