两者意思上差不多,但语法不同/
A项what to do 可以按中文习惯倒过来说. to do what,这时候what就做宾语,about it.用来补充说明what .
而how to do很明显从句少宾语,应该是 I really don't know how to do(deal with ) it.
介词不应该有.

do with处理 搭配what
用how的话 要用deal with

只能说是固定搭配吧!~不要用中国人的思维去思考.
不知道应该怎么做,用的就是what to do。
