Runtime Error 是系统的进程出错了 至于原因就是 你的杀毒软件瑞星(Rising)这个应用程序以一种不正常的方法结束了runtime这个进程。 最后这段话是叫你联系瑞星的技术服务部，寻求更多的信息。
一般不用理的，瑞星杀完毒就ok啦 除非你的电脑的系统实在是不行了
Ps 奉劝楼主如果是用瑞星免费版的 还是快点换了吧， 因为“太安全”了 根本没杀出过毒 我以前用的时候。
