arcgis 安装中出现很多的error 1312 的东西 如 error1312:cannot create the directory "C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Coordinate Systems\Projected Coordinate Systems\County Systems "a file with this name already exists,rename or remove the file and click retry.or click to exit

提示意思，该目录不能创建，因为同名的文件已经存在，请重命名或移除此文件，然后点击重试或退出。
所以，很有可能是你原先装的ArcGIS没完全卸载干净。
楼主你应该完整卸载掉ArcGIS，再清理下注册表，再重装一次。我以前重装还未遇到过这类情况的。

注意你的杀毒软件，把杀毒软件停了再安装。可能是文件被保护。
