What are the elements of harmonious campus?

The first one I think is communication,because communication will deal with the differences between we and others.
Next,a good attitude is in need,not only in studying,but the relationshlp among persons.Having a attitude will make us feel good and have a life.
Last,these out-going characters are helpful,these will shorten the distantance between two persons.It can help us make a harmonious campus.
These are my personal opinions.

1 a favorable atmosphere, including study, teaching & reasearch atmosphere
2 a sound relationship between students and teachers, between students and school authority, and between students themselves
3 a high morale
