If this is the frist time you're seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appeare again follow these steps.
Run a systen diagnostic utilith supplied by your hardware manufacturer. In partcular, run a memory check, and check for faulty or mismatched memory. Try changing video adapters.
Pisable or remove any newly installed hardware and drivers. Disable or remove any newly installed software. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer press F8 to select Advanced startup options and the select safe Mode.

黑屏之前你装了什么新软件或者硬件吗？或者硬件的新驱动，建议你立马卸载，它和系统部兼容，才出现黑屏的。
你开机按F8看能不能进去，你这应该是内存条或视频适配器的问题。或你新安装了软件或硬件、把它删除。
建议你杀毒或换个系统试试。如果还不行，就是硬件问题了。最好送去修，本跟台式不一样。自己不很懂的最好别自己整！
