状语从句能用介词加疑问词吗

where 引导的地点状语从句

where 的确等于in which,但是前提条件是在“定语从句”的条件下！！！

如果这句活改成： this kind of plant can grow best in the place in which (where) it is warm and rains often. 这样就是定语从句了
定语从句 前面肯定是个名词呀！！！！

答案是B,为什么？C不行吗？

C的话，句子应该是
This kind of plant can grow best in the garden in which it is warm and rains often.
C定语从句的话必须由名词作先行词而这里没有。
我加了garden才能成立。在这个句子里where = in which

in which是引导定语从句的，没有先行词不可以

where可以引导状语从句也可以引导定语从句

C不行
只有定语从句可以。
