1、could u bring me up together with u back to U.S.?--你可以在回美国的时候带上我跟你一起去吗？
2、can u be my guider on my way to the U.S.?如果我想去美国，你能在我去美国的时候当我的向导吗？
上面2个只是参考，说话的时候委婉些，别人更容易接受....
按照你的要求，估计就是：
i want to go to U.S. to,can u bring me together?

楼上的几位兄弟回答的都挺好，说句不好听的话，你们把you 写成u，please写成plz，菜鸟真不一定能看得明白。
