同位语从句和 表语从句不懂

同位语从句that之前有名词
表语从句没有
I believe the saying that where there is a will there is a way.
这里that之前有saying同位语从句
My favorite saying is that where there is a will there is a way.
这里that之前是系动词is没有名词，表语从句

呵呵， 同位语，记住， 有同位， 也就是说前面的句子自成一句话，删了后面的后缀依然成一句
表语，这就不得不带后缀那一大串了。。。。。。

表语从句：引导词有that\whether\because\what\which\who\how\when\where\why等

同位语从句：that引导的同位语从句位于某些抽象名词之后，如fact\hope\chance\idea\doubt等，对这些名词起解释说明的作用
引导同位语从句时，that在句子中不充当人很句子成分，不能省略。

eg. It seems that there are people from all over the world living here.(表语)
I've got a feeling that one day he will become famous.（同位语）
