请帮忙看下这个句子,一般做表语都应该用to kick...或kicking...。这里为什么用动词短语kick a ball 做表语？保证不是错句。书里的。有人说因为前边有个do.那这是什么规则呢？谢谢！不用翻译。

书里的 并不能保证没有错

是的，前面如果有do/did的话，后面的“to"可以省略。
