这应该是题目中指明的几个点吧，就是你作文中必须包括的内容。每一点要扩充，而且不能用题目中给的表达方式，要换一种说法。另外，感谢信关键是在写信的开始和结束都要表示感谢。这是商务英语作文必须遵循的所谓套路。
