在运行里打什么命令可以查看网速的情况？？？ 在哪种状态下是比较正常的或者是可以玩魔兽冰封王座的？？

最简单，最原始的就是用ping命令

在time=70，就是延迟，一般来说低于100MS就是正常的，高于100就有点卡了，
高于300就是有人在下东西。
