no 和not any 后加名词有什么区别?

不完全相同。
在修饰可数名词复数或不可数名词时，两者用法相同。
例：He doesn't have any friends here.
=He has no friends here.
但no可以修饰单数可数名词，not any 就不行。
例：There is no pen in the box.
